It’s been a while since we’ve posted. We had an amazing summer that was super busy. We did quite a few weddings, met some amazing new clients, had lots of family events, AND most importantly we are SUPER excited to announce that we finally have a studio spot! We are super stoked to be able to offer all of our services in our own space & are hoping to add on new services that we know you will love. Mobile appointments are still available.
We’d love for you to come check out our open studio during the Bridgeport Art Trail on November 10th starting at 12PM. We will be offering free face spray tans & false lash strip applications. Our studio address is: 130 Elm St, Bridgeport, CT 06604 with KLH Photography. Stop in & you’ll also receive a raffle ticket to be entered to win a free spray tan.
In other news, it’s hard to believe we are officially in Fall mode & can’t believe it’s almost the end of October. We wanted to share with you a few of our favorite fall essential skin/beauty care products.
Here’s our Top 5 current favorite Fall Essentials:
1St pick by Lauren: Paula’s Choice RESIST Super Antioxidant Serum
This stuff is my saving grace! I have super oily skin & have always been hesitant to use oils & serums because I feel like they were always super heavy, but fear no more! It’s super light-weight, hydrating, has antioxidants, and I have seen an improvement with my skin. Specifically with wrinkles & dry skin. I feel like my skin feels more hydrated after I use it & I have seen an improvement in oil production. A little goes a long way- you get bang for your buck with this ladies!

2nd pick by Christine: Paula’s Choice Moisture Boost Hydrating Treatment Cream
My skin is severely dry so for me moisturizing is super important! This moisturizer nourishes my skin without feeling too heavy. I have also seen an improvement with fine lines & wrinkles. It even plumps the skin & provides a gentle glow.

3rd pick by Lauren: Mac Satin Lipstick (Color- Faux)
Nude lipsticks are my favorite! My favorite thing about this Mac lipstick is that the color is buildable so I’m not afraid to throw on a couple layers and go a little darker for fall. One of my favorite things about this lippie is that it has a satin finish so it’s not too shiny & not too matte where it’s drying your lips out (I hate this feeling!).

4th pick by Christine: Autumnal Eye shadow- Morphe by Jaclyn Hill
With fall wedding season in full swing, I have been getting inspiration from the deep colors of bridesmaid dresses, along with all the colors of fall. A slight switch-up from your typical beige & brown neutrals will change your entire look. The most popular pigments are shades of peach, burnt orange, burgundy & mustard. I love incorporating these deep pops of colors into beautiful eye looks. Next time your experimenting, try blending a few of my favorites. Try: Silk & M.F.E.O into your crease first (from the Morphe by Jaclyn Hill palette). Next, add butter into your outer corner. Use Creamsicle to blend this out bringing it all the way to the center of your lid. Lastly, add Enlight & rim to the rest of your lid. This will leave you with a beautiful gradient look. If your looking for something more deeper try adding a pop of Hunts or Jacks to the outer corner to tie in some deeper orange and burgundy tones.
